Warmth and how I deal with little kids. We have these couple of younger girls we go camping with every year, and I always get praised on how well I look after them.

Humour, fun, always keen to do what they want (within reason of course), buying them little treats and making sure their having fun and are happy. I also like to introduce new skills like riding bikes, or how to certain life skills, which they seem to enjoy especially once they get a grip of it.

I love looking after kids, for some reason it’s always appealed to me, since I feel like I’m making such a big impact in their life.
