My last family always told me I looked after their children as my own. Whenever these children needed me I was there. Making sure everything was sorted so the parents had very little to worry about. I also did this for the parents. I created such a caring and fun loving environment it was incredible and both parents were super impressed.

When you put yourself forward to play with children they pick up that fact you care and want to play with them! I make sure to match their energy and do what they want. If something gets a little crazy and maybe we need to tone it down, I like to find other options that are similar and move onto that.

I love watching people grow and develop and being with children you are in the prime of that! You get so see everything first hand, you end up gaining such a strong connection to these little ones they almost feel like your own and when the little ones hit milestones and you get to witness it... That is something to be super proud of and why would you not want to be apart of that! Also seeing the parents having to not worry as much is great too. Parents deserve time off :)
