I have over 6 years experience in the Early Childhood sector with children ages 12 weeks to 12 years.
I have a passion for ensuring children are receiving the utmost professional care through day-to-day experiences. I have experience in goal setting for children, providing a child safe environment that meets regulations and standards, bottle and meal preparation, safe nappy changing procedures and changing, safe sleeping procedures including the training and knowledge of SIDS, cleanliness though out day to day activities and routines.
I would feel most comfortable working in a 1:4 ratio as per the Victorian guidelines. I have had experience working one on one with up to 4 children at a time under 3 years of age. I hold knowledge and certification in my First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Food Safety, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
I also have experience working with children that may have behaviors of concern, Autism, ADHD and speech delays. I would love to hear what your needs are and how I can be of help to you and your child/ren!

The positive energy and safety I bring to children including nurturing, inviting experiences for children that peak their interests, using parent feedback to ensure their child is achieving milestones and goals, settling their child to their standard of needs and ensuring child safety is met through professional regulations.
What kids love about me
Children love the warm, nurturing side that I show through story telling, creating inviting spaces for children to explore through hands on learning and involving their interests, fun and outgoing energy while handling day to day tasks. They also love that I can do their hair in any hairstyle they may want and the out-of-the-box creative thinking that we can put to use in imaginative learning!
What I love about this work
This is the role that I have grown up in since looking after my own younger siblings that took me to being a Early Childhood Educator and Lead Educator. Its a wonderful career of watching these children grow and learn through decision making, meeting milestones and being a part of their experiences to implement my own philosophy of learning to their growth.
