I am reliable, fun and animated. I would love to nurture and look after your children with the same care, understanding and encouragement that I gave to my own family for many years. I love active imaginative play, costuming, helping/guiding with studies and school projects, reading and all arts and crafts. I encourage children to appreciate and respect their environment and enjoy outdoor activities. I am also interested in helping children with learning difficulties.

I am used to juggling hectic extracurricular activities with homework schedules and chores. I ran my own business, a small hospitality agency, for 18 years, which allowed me to be flexible and available for my son & daughter, who are now adults.
Having also been a volunteer in both their schools, their sporting clubs and dance schools, my active involvement has contributed to them being confident, responsible adults who have been School Captains and community volunteers, and they are now involved in sports, theatre and children's care and education.
Up until covid struck, my more recent volunteering was within the local community as an Aged Care Companion and with a children's playgroup. I also volunteered in a literacy program at a local public school.

I have been a nanny since 2016. I am currently the nanny for the after school care of 2 boys ( 8 & 10 Yrs) on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 2 girls (8 and 10 Yrs) Monday and Thursday since 2021. I was also caring for a 2 yr old each morning, from March 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this I was a morning nanny for 2 years for a 2.5 year old, for whom I cared since he was 3 months old and his 7 yr old sister.

I have my WWCC, Cert 111, Immunisations including covid-19 x3, Insurance, Drivers Licence and am available both day and night. I have done first aid (HLTAID004) but it is not current. I like pets, am a non-smoker and can also speak limited conversational French. I often worked as a waitperson in private homes, so I am used to being discreet and respecting your privacy and I am happy to do light housekeeping duties. I love to travel overseas to visit family, and enjoy puzzling, board games, live comedy, movies, cycling and long walks. I am very comfortable with babies and adore children of all ages and would love to continue to enjoy what I do best, by helping you care for your family.
