Each child and baby sitting job is a new and exciting experience where much can be learnt on both ends. It's not always me educating the children, sometimes they even teach me! Building new friendship especially with a trusted carer is beneficial to future relationships and allows the children to build secure attachments and learn social skills vital for their life.
