Currently studying Bachelor of Education (Primary) with 7 years experience in childcare work - looking for casual babysitting!

I'm a 24 year old uni student, currently studying primary education, minoring in inclusive education (due to graduate 2022).

I have lots of experience working with children, having nannied for multiple families since 2016 in both Melbourne and London. While in London I also worked in a bilingual (French/English) nursery school, caring for children aged 6 months - 3 years. I have lots of experience working with children, having nannied for multiple families since 2016 in both Melbourne and London. While in London I also worked in a bilingual (French/English) nursery school, caring for children aged 6 months - 3 years. This was a wonderful albeit challenging experience, and taught me a lot about how to effectively communicate with children!

Through nannying, I have gained a myriad of experience, having cared for newborns, toddlers, and children up to the age of 12, so I understand the needs of children and how they change as they grow. I also have 4 years of experience caring for neuro-diverse children, which has led me to develop the skills to respond to and support children experiencing difficult and overwhelming emotions.

Currently, I work for an out of school hours care program (TeamKids) at various schools around Melbourne. In the school holidays, I coordinate the TeamKids in Balwyn North, managing other educators and running the program from day to day.

I also babysit ad hoc for a few families, and am always happy to be called upon at the last minute!

I'm currently looking for a bit of extra babysitting work as I am completing a teaching prac at a school in Brunswick, therefore am not earning my usual income! Any extra work I can get will help me massively. Additionally, I'm very open to becoming a regular sitter for your family to call on when needed!
