I have been a nanny for 30 years (at various times). I have 2 grown children 29 an 32 years old. I am confident with and love children.

I am currently working in disability support services and aged care. I hold a Cert. III in Aged Care and Cert. IV in Disability Services and I am working towards a Diploma of Counselling (completed 18 of 26 modules). Have current positive police check and newly renewed Blue/Yellow card to work with children/disabled and the elderly. Renewing CPR and Senior First Aid shortly as it is a requirement of my other job. I was born and grew up and was educated to Year 12 level in Toowoomba and actually attended Mater Dei School for some of my primary and all of my secondary education. I am from a family of eleven children (9 girls and 2 boys). I am practical, calm, resourceful and have a "get the job done" attitude. I stand in for and represent you with the children when parents are absent so that you can concentrate on whatever has taken you away from home (work, etc).

I am looking for some other work as an adjunct to my current night work as described above as I am going overseas next year.
