My names Nicole! Hanging out with kids is a huge love of mine. I have multiple years of coaching children between the ages of 6-17 in various sports; athletics, minkey and cross country. I compete in athletics myself and love to stay active/ healthy. I am currently studying Occupational Therapy at Curtin University, with interest specialising around paediatrics. I am employed by Orion Support services as a casual carer, looking after people experiencing disability. I work with a 12 yr boy experiencing autism (Aspergers), 26 yr old man experiencing severe autism and 4 older clients who experience dementia, down syndrome, depression and some physical impairment. I have medication and manual handling training as a part of this job, especially working with diabetes.
I have a current working with children's check (WWC), police clearance and first aid/ resuscitation training.
I have had no formal baby sitting experience but I'm confident that i would be perfect for the job. Im so keen to get myself out there and start building a list of experience in this field.
Please don't hesitate to ask me more questions or just call/ email/ text for a chat!
