Hello! My name is Dayna! I have a variety of experience with children beginning in 2016 when I began to teach piano and voice lessons, after graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School as an opera singer and pianist. I have a variety of experience with children beginning in 2016 when I began to teach piano and voice lessons, after graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School as an opera singer and pianist. My passion for music has never been disregarded, so I will always include some musical education if wanted or needed when nannying. In 2017 I travelled to Cambodia to volunteer at a non-government funded school to teach Music and English being one of the best experiences I have ever been able to have. Once I came back I become a kindergarten assistant teacher to help children with special needs with their fine motor and social skills. Over the past four years I have been casually babysitting a variety of families with children of all ages, but have now decided this is something I would like to commit to part time. I have recently completed my first year of studying a double degree of Nursing and Midwifery at Monash University and am now into my second year. I have been currently working at The Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in the lab processing all of our fabulous donations since 2018 but I know that my passion is being able to work with children.
