My name is Cassandra, I'm 20 years old and I am studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at UQ. I am also studying a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care online with Open Colleges.
Over the last few months I have been gaining experience as a casual-trainee in a childcare on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. I am so passionate about childcare and education and I believe that I will be the perfect baby sitter that you are looking for :)
I hold a Blue Card, Police-Check, First Aid Certificate and I have had Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
I also have my own car, a 2011 Hyundai i20 which had a 5 star safety rating. I started driving in 2011 and I currently hold my open license with no fines next to my name.
I have two massive passions outside education - music and social justice. I am hoping to minor in music in my degree at UQ and I hold a Diploma in Music. I volunteer for an organisation called Oaktree 10 hours a week, which is a movement lead by young adults hoping to end world poverty.
I really do believe that I would make a great baby sitter and be constantly engaging with your children and doing my very best to help them grow :)
