I am 18 years old and left Germany six months ago to do a gap year in Australia. Back in Germany I did a lot of babysitting in my neighbourhood and I also gave private lessons (Mathematics, German, English). Here in Australia I started as an au pair (nanny) in Melbourne for the first 3,5 months (the children were 1;3 years old) and I am currently staying with my second host-family in Brisbane (the children are 7;7 and 3 years old), so I have quite a lot of experience in looking after children ... moreI am 18 years old and left Germany six months ago to do a gap year in Australia.
