My background is in Teaching. For the last five years I have been Lecturing at the University of Southern Queensland in a Creative Industries Course, Children's and Young People's Theatre.

I am currently undertaking my three year Masters in Therapeutic Arts: Community Health and Wellbeing. I am currently undertaking my three year Masters in Therapeutic Arts: Community Health and Wellbeing. I am heading into my last year (2019) and will be spending my time researching and doing my student placement amongst a gorgeous group of women through Eating Disorders Queensland & End ED. I would like to fill the rest of my week sharing my energy and spirit with a family that fits with my core values and ways of being in the world.

Some things that I would hope to bring to you and your family are;

- Cultivating deep listening to understand who it is I am with and what their passions and interests are. Embracing this shared language and then finding a way to support them in allowing these interests to grow.
- Engaging in dialogue and activities that are stimulating (creatively and cognitively) to allow the expansion of both our worlds.
- Paying attention to your young one's to find a reciprocity of learning. (Young minds are filled with such rich learning).

Some practical things I would love to contribute to your family;
- Cooking and collaborative baking
- Activities (outside of weekly routines) such as; walks in the park, reading, dancing, visiting the museums, going to the lake, art activities, meeting other young ones etc.
- Homework - I am well versed in supporting young people in their academic needs.
- Cultivating a strong sense of identity, wellbeing and belonging. I am really passionate about mental health and encouraging strong, positive points of connection and growth.
