Has to be my games and spontaneity. Children love when you can teach them new things even when it comes to manners if you make it fun. Engaging them and praising when they do something creative or encourage to get them involved with younger sibings to teach them to learn.

Working with children's makes me happy there is nothing better then seeing a child smile and laugh. I learn to be a better person as in today's world then work place between adults doesn't seem to be enjoyable. I love interacting with new families and learning about them.
