A little bit about me: I grew up in New Zealand but have been independently living in Australia for the past 6 years, Sydney for 5 and I made the move to Melbourne just over a year ago for a bit of a change in scenery (and loving it)! In NSW I worked as a full time au pair/nanny (for children aged 5 months - 12 years) for 3+ years which I absolutely loved, and now I am working to support people living with a disability. Through my empathetic nature, patience, and strong interpersonal skills, I aim to foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, growth, and well-being for our new generations.
I am looking for permanent work x2 days per week ideally but I am definitely open to casual work too.
My rates coincide with the National Guidelines given I have a registered ABN and inclusive of super.
Qualifications: - Studying Cert III in Individual Support (current) - Working With Children's Check - Police Check - Full License & clean driving record - First Aid level 2 - CPR Certificate - Can email through my resume with past experience and impeccable references if you require.

What I love about this work
I have always had a strong passion for childcare for all ages! I have nieces and nephew's back in NZ that I miss so much so connecting with children is really important and comes very naturally to me. They remind me of the importance of being present and smiling everyday!
