Experienced nannny with teaching qualification looking for employment
My name is Annabelle, I am 23 years old and I am a newly qualified primary school teacher from the UK (specialising in early years - age 3-7). I am currently travelling Australia on a working holiday visa and have also completed my regional work, allowing my visa to be due for expiration in September 2016. I am currently travelling Australia on a working holiday visa and have also completed my regional work, allowing my visa to be due for expiration in September 2016. I am currently working as a live-in au pair for a lovely family in Rural Queensland who I am very sad to be leaving. The children I am currently caring for are aged 8 and 3 and some of the daily duties I complete include dressing/preparing the girls for the day, driving 8 year old to and from school bus stop, occupying 3 year old with educational and fun activities such as painting, baking and den building, putting 3 year old down for a nap, preparing food/cooking, washing, cleaning, and taking care of animals. In addition to my stated experience I have also nannied two children in the UK aged 5 and 1, completed 38 weeks of school based teaching, worked in nurseries with babies and children aged 3 months - 5 years and volunteered within several varied childcare settings. I am able to provide references for my experience, including for my current au pairing role. I am due to arrive in Sydney on 5th June and wish to continue nanny employment as close to my arrival date as possible. Throughout my previous childcare based employment and in particular my current au pairing role, I have proven myself to be a patient, fun and mature individual, and have always focused on the child's happiness as my number one priority.
