Recently retired early childhood educator having extensive experience with children with special needs
Working alongside children is & has been my lifelong vocation ! Early in my career I was drawn to working with children with hearing impairment, children from families who often didn't speak English plus children & families who required extra support. Now semi-retired, with 5 grandchildren from ages of 2.5 through to 12 years old (all receiving a variety of educational opportunities) I find I am missing the regularity of going out to work !

I am imagining that 2-5 hour shifts suit me now & am happy to help with child-related chores eg healthy meal prep, washing & folding of clothes.
In searching for the job that suits me I am imagining that what I can offer may perfectly well fit the requirements of someone else.
