My name is Molly Radley and I am a university student studying a Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation and Bachelor of Laws at UOW!

As per my attached resume, I have undergone substantial work experience in the child care industry, ranging from the individualised work, such as nannying and babysitting and group experiences in a child care centre. In child care, I worked in the nursery room and this experience considerably furthered my knowledge of working with newborns. Thus, working with 15 babies ranging from 6 weeks to 1 years old has catalysed myself to quickly respond to babies needs. As a result, I have been enlightened with a variety of skills, including developing individual fine and gross motor skills in infants and thus communicating a child's needs to the parents and carers.

I believe that my experience of tutoring primary school aged children would correspond sufficiently with duties of this position. Accordingly, I have been subject to varying levels of children's academic capability and this has resulted in an ability to develop effective strategies to enhance a child's learning.
Further, I believe that my passion and previous experience with international travel would suit the duties of this role. I place high value on international travel as engaging with diverse cultures and individuals is paramount in an increasingly globalised world. In particular, travelling to European countries has resulted in myself to develop appropriate interpersonal skills whilst understanding and respecting cultural ideologies and notions.

Currently, I am an employed nanny that on average, works 25 hours per week. In this position, I care for a 12 month old and 3 year old. This role includes preparing nutritionally dense meals, picking up and dropping off the children from daycare and putting the children to sleep. While the children are at daycare, I manage internal organisational affairs. These include grocery shopping, cleaning, as well as running errands to ensure that the family's well being is holistically achieved from a functioning perspective.
