Kids love that I'm playful and allow them to make their own choices (to a reasonable extent), they love that I know how to have fun, even when doing things like homework!

I love children, to me it doesn't feel like a job it's more of a passion, kids are amazing in their own ways and I love seeing that child like joy take form in different ways.
