Hello my name is Teal and I am 23 years old. I have worked in childcare for 4 years and have a love and passion for watching children grow!

I am 23 years old and have a diploma in Early education and care and have worked in childcare for nearly 4 years, I also have a tremendous amount of experience babysitting/nannying and house sitting.
I have experience in all ages ranging from 0-10 years of age and love all of them. I have been a room leader in two different toddler rooms and have a passion for teaching and planning out meaning-full experiences for my children, I base all my learning experiences off the children's interests. I have always had a passion for working with children and helping them grow as individuals. It is incredibly important to me that I create strong bonds and relationships with the children and the family I am working for. I am a very strong minded person and complete any task to the best of my ability. I am always open to learning new skills and bettering myself in anyway. I have worked with children with disabilities, allergies, illnesses and have a great understanding of how to accommodate to these needs.
I have a drivers license and I am an excellent driver, I have never had a fine nor have been in an accident.
I have great time management and multitasking skills to ensure everything that I need to do for the day is completed.
I have completed my CPR and my first aid certificates as well as my child protection training, food safety and sun smart training. I hope to be able to meet you all in person!
