I am very passionate about sustainability and educating children about the importance of becoming environmentally aware and how to make conscious decisions that can impact our planet. I am also interested in young children's wellbeing and mental health. Teaching children how to listen to their bodies to understand their individual needs, how to regulate their emotions, breathing skills, healthy eating, yoga and the correlation between our minds, our bodies and our actions

What I love about this work
The variety and flexibility nannying offers me and my lifestyle. I am able to work with some amazing families and children as well as choose my hours and days. The fulfilment and joy I receive from helping children thrive and accomplish new milestones. Knowing that I am supporting families to continue to work/study and ease the stress that may accompany childcare and household duties.
