Parents love that I am honest, authentic, caring , reliable , responsible , mature , experienced, tidy and clean , punctual, loyal and that I have initiative and common sense. ( very important as they know they can trust me ) . And also because I respect their ways of doing things around their children . Different parents have different methods and I work with them, following all the important advice they provide on how they wish their children to be raised.

Kids adore me , I have been blessed to be able to work in a childcare in Sydney where I spent a great majority of my time with babies from 0 to 2 . Kids at this age need someone calm, intelligent, caring , patient. ( I would know when a child is unwell, when needs comfort , when needs to be changed , fed, I am patient in the bed time routines. Kids even from a young age know who is authentic and caring and who isn't. The babies at the centre got very attached to me. It was beautiful to see them running towards me when I arrived to the centre . I have the maturity and experience that most young carers don't have and children feel safe and loved . Older children love me because I am fun , I listen to them and I work with their interests, always positive and making learning entertaining . They know that I care about them and I have created beautiful trusting bonds with the children I have been blessed to care for .

I adore this job . I come from a business background . I hold a bachelor degree in business and I have postgraduate qualifications in marketing . Yet , for me this is by far the most rewarding job in my life . I go to work feeling happy. I love wearing comfortable clothes all day , I love knowing I do an excellent job , My days are full of laughs and joy . For me there isn't anything better than kids being happy. ( I also love cats and dogs ) so if you have fur babies that isn't a problem with me . I come from a large family and they live overseas , I guess feeling part of a family here in Sydney is also something that makes me appreciate the job even more . I am currently doing a master degree online to eventually have my own business . However , at the moment and for the next 2 years all I want to do is work with children. Thank you :)
