I am very punctual and organised, always on time to shifts and happy to provide any help needed. I have a good balance of playing with the children, caring for them, and keeping the house tidy and completing any basic chores or house maintenance. I make an effort to understand the individual family needs, priorities and qualities, and aim to compliment their family dynamic. I am open to all family unit types, and show respect always, to the children, parents and environment.

I am not afraid to get on the children's level and interact with them directly, using funny voices whilst reading books and engaging in their play. I always try to understand the what the child is communicating, whether that be older children who can speak to me, or the behaviour of younger children so that their needs are accounted for and they are happy.

I always have had a passion for working with children, I feel that it compliments my studies in nursing, whilst providing the much needed break from studying. I love the hands on nature of this job, interacting directly with families and children, and working in a dynamic environment.
