Parents love my ability to foster and adapt to their child's needs. I am able to play with them but also encourage positive play but discipline when and if needed. This is done using positive reinforcement to foster a loving baby sitter to child relationship.

Kids love my ability to physically play with them and see their world through my eyes. They love my encouragement with their goals and my hands on approach to play.

I love this work for many reasons. It allows me to grow as an educator, foreseeing my personal growth which will benefit my future and current studies. Additionally, I love building relationships with children. I enjoy being able to see them reach small goals which brings so much happiness to them.
