We are looking for a long- term nanny for after-school care for our two children aged 3 (girl) and 6 (boy), based in Collaroy.
Until the end of 2018 this would be covering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3pm to 6.30pm, with the possibility of some additional hours/ days if work commitments require (this might be once every 3-4 months or so).

You'll need to have your own car to pick the kids up from pre-school (Freshwater) and Kindergarten (Collaroy) and we have car booster seats available. After pickup, there may be after school sport (Collaroy) to attend on Wednesdays initially and potentially other days, then preparing kids meals, helping with homework and activities in the back yard or play area. If time permits we also need some help with light housework (tidying up, bringing in/ hanging out laundry etc)
Pay is 20-25 dollars/hour depending on the level of experience.
Ideal requirements
Extensive experience looking after children from toddler/ pre- school age, ideally as a nanny/ carer. Professional, proactive approach and punctuality. Formal training would be great and a genuine interest in childcare/ child development or related topics Compassionate, fun and nurturing style Able to work as a team with our family Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours with advance notice. Current drivers license and car (we will provide car seats). Current first aid qualification would be great. Excellent communication skills to stay in touch during the day and provide feedback on daily activities. Creativity and interest in craft and nurturing preschool skills.
