Casual carer wanted for 1 year old boy

We are looking for a loving, caring, engaging person to care for our 1 year old son on a regular casual basis. The hours will vary so flexibility would be ideal, as i work retail hours we will need full day care and on the occasion afternoon care until Dad comes home from his job.
