Looking for a few hours help during the week days on an ad hoc bases I have 3 children age 5,2 and 5 weeks

Hi I'm a 32 year old mum with a hubby and 3 kids 2 boys age 5 and 2 and a brand new baby girl 5 weeks. We are looking for about an hour of help in the mornings to get the kids to childcare and school and also to pick them up in the afternoons and come home and spend some time with them in the afternoons. Also some baby sitting of an evening on the odd occasion
