Capable and confident nanny required on Wednesdays for a minimum of 6 hours with a drivers license (car provided) in South Yarra

I am looking for a caring and capable nanny to look after my children each Wednesday. It would be for a minimum of 6 hours but could be up to 9. You will not be required during the school holidays. I have an 18 month old girl, 3.5 year old boy, 5.5 year old girl and 7 year old girl. I would require someone to drive my 2 girls to school and boy to kindy in my van each morning. Then care for my 18 month old, engaging in activities at home or at the park or possibly even taking her to a play group or activity. Then light household duties while she sleeps and driving out again to pick up the 2 from school and one from kindy. Back home for prep or afternoon tea and dinner. The length of hours on the day depends on my work schedule. I would need the nanny to be flexible in a shorter or longer day week by week. I would like someone who is nurturing and caring but who is also confident and responsible in managing 4 young children. I live in South Yarra.
